The Nutrien Livestock 2021 Ivanhoe Dorper Ram Sale is just around the corner! This year’s sale will be held at the Ivanhoe Rodeo Grounds on Friday 19th January 2021, commencing at 10:00 AM. Offering 90 Dorper, White Dorper and Ultra White Composite Rams from reputable and brucellosis accredited studs including Red Rock, Australis, Genelink and Glen Park, this year’s sale is sure to be another good one.
The Nutrien Livestock Ivanhoe Dorper Ram Sale began in 2017 to fill the growing need of producers from the North Western Riverina to source quality Dorper, White Dorper and Ultra White Composite Rams locally. Over the past four years, the sale regularly achieves a clearance rate of over 96% with an average price of $1,100. Year on year, approximately 15 registered bidders attend the sale with both repeat and new buyers bidding. With this, it is clear to see that this sale serves to supply local producers with quality genetics at a reasonable price.
